The second mobility of the Erasmus+ project “Building Europe on the Steps of Hannibal” (BESH) took place from September 21 to 25, 2024, coinciding with the final week of the annual festivities of the Carthaginians and Romans. Professors from the three countries and members of the two associations had the opportunity to discuss the progress of the project. They were welcomed by the City Hall of Cartagena.
