The participating schools were: CEIP Vicente Ros and Colegio Miralmonte, as
partners in the project, and Colegio Hispania, CEIP San Félix, CEIP La Concepción,
CEIP Virginia Perez and CEIP San Isidoro (both from El Algar), Colegio San Vicente
de Paul and CEIP Jose Ma la Puert, these as ambassadors of the BESH project in the
school year 2023/24.
The more than 500 students attending the course made a visit to the Camp Festero, an
iconic site and representative image of the Carthaginian and Roman Festivals, during
the morning of 23-25 September. They were received by two monitors who
accompanied them and gave him information about the different troops and legions
occupying the 50 plots, their distinctive features and their relationship to historical
events in the Second Punic War. As a final touch to the visit, the leaders of the camp
of the Federation of Troops and Legions offered them a small snack in the protocol
tent.
The 9 visits were the protagonists in the RRSS of the different schools, where it is
clear that they were successful, both in the evaluation of the assistant teachers and in
the happiness and satisfaction of the pupils.
